Jane D. Karpuleon is the owner/operator of Honey Bears, Classic Balloon Designs in Anchorage.  Jane has been in business for ten years, and is a graduate of the Women’s Fund small business program.  As part of her continuing education, she attends the International Balloon Arts Convention  (IBAC) in Chicago every year to stay on the cutting edge of balloon special effects technology.  After completing the balloon industries certification program and passing a four hour practical exam, Jane was awarded her CBA classification this week.  Jane says,
