Jane D. Karpuleon is the owner/operator of Honey Bears, Classic Balloon Designs in Anchorage.  Jane has been in business since 1992, and is a graduate of the Women’s Fund small business program.  As part of her continuing education, she attends the International Balloon Arts Convention  (IBAC) in Chicago every year to stay on the cutting edge of balloon special effects technology.  After completing the balloon industries certification program and passing a four hour practical exam, Jane was awarded her CBA classification this week.  Jane says,

The Honey Bears is a family owned small business, catering to the everyday balloon, decorating, and gift basket needs of Anchorage, Girdwood, Eagle River and the Valley. We do all occasion balloon bouquets, critters,  weddings, fundraising events, graduations, holiday parties and picnics. Our very own Typhoon Teddy is " unbearable " entertainment for children. We have worked every major venue in the Anchorage bowl.
